WingSwept is looking for an entry-level Client Engagement Associate who will apply that same level of care in serving our digital marketing service customers. For these services, WingSwept does business as Repair Shop Websites. We build and manage personalized websites for independent automotive repair shops all across the U.S. and provide other digital marketing support (SEO, social media management, etc.) as part of a monthly service agreement.

Our Client Engagement Associate proactively strengthens and maintains our relationships with our Repair Shop Websites customers through regular outreach. This person will provide our customers with relevant content, generated by our marketing team or other sources, and recommend actions that will help these small business owners in the auto repair industry improve their online reputation and increase their customer base. This person will also make billing calls as needed to help keep our accounts current.
