Description

WingSwept is an award-winning, employee-owned technology service provider seeking to add full-time inside sales representatives to our growing team. If you’re highly motivated to grow your sales career, we would love to hear from you! We currently have the following opportunities in both lead generation and full-cycle sales:

  • Sales Development Representative (SDR) - working alongside a team of growth-oriented sales professionals to create professional connections and source sales opportunities for our managed IT/network services
  • Business Development Representative (BDR) - working alongside a team of growth-oriented sales professionals to generate and close new leads for our digital marketing services

WingSwept delivers comprehensive technology and digital marketing solutions to businesses across various industries and locations. Through our managed IT services, we provide continuous IT and network support to small and medium-sized businesses throughout NC, Virginia, DC, and Maryland. In our digital marketing division, operating as Repair Shop Websites (RSW), we help independent automotive repair shops across the U.S. enhance their online presence and attract more customers through web design, SEO, and social media management.

Our sales team plays a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities. By engaging with decision-makers across multiple regions, they explore the challenges and opportunities businesses face in technology and digital marketing. They work to generate leads, build relationships, and guide potential clients toward solutions that align with their needs. Whether by initiating conversations or closing sales, they drive business growth by connecting companies with the right services to support their success.

What we require of our Business/Sales Development Reps:

  • Highly motivated, focused, organized, and attentive to detail
  • Desire to grow a sales career
  • Desire to be a part of a successful and supportive team
  • Desire to help SMBs grow and optimize
  • Strong communication skills and people skills
  • Ability to work from our office in Garner, NC
  • 6-12 months or more of outbound sales experience is helpful, but not required (entry-level)
  • Ability to proficiently speak Spanish is a plus, but not required
