WingSwept is an award-winning employer and service provider, and we're currently seeking to add an Account Manager to support our digital marketing service customers. For these services, WingSwept does business as Repair Shop Websites.

Now is a great time to join the Repair Shop Websites team! We have just expanded our offerings and the Account Manager will be on the front lines of our efforts to help our customers leverage new platforms to grow their business.

Our main goal is to help our independent auto repair shop customers all across the United States be found and chosen by potential customers on the web. Wherever consumers are looking for auto repair shops online, we want to get our customers there and help them rise to the top. That includes traditional search, maps and several social media channels.

As one of our Account Managers, you will be responsible for proactively managing relationships with our Repair Shop Websites customers through regular outreach. You will collaborate with the customer support team in pursuing customer happiness and addressing the challenges and concerns that customers face. You will also make upgrade and cross-sell recommendations and sales to help us better and more thoroughly serve our customers.

Two years of customer/client support or account management experience is required. This is a full time position with benefits, including profit sharing and a fully-vested 401(k) with matching contributions.
