WingSwept is an award-winning managed service provider seeking a Workstation Analyst for our team. We're looking for someone who has an affinity for technology, the passion and aptitude to learn, and genuinely cares about other people: their teammates, other coworkers, and our clients. The responsibilities of the position may include:

  • Organization of the workspaces
  • Workstation set-ups
  • Reviewing and updating documentation
  • Assisting with client workstation deployments as needed
  • Utilize basic office skills such as email, internet and Microsoft Office products
  • Increasing professional skills through a defined technical training path and the WingSwept Professional Development Program
  • Other duties as needed commensurate with position

Minimum requirements:

  • Each WingSwept employee is expected to adhere to our core values of being Honest, Eager, Accountable, Respectful, and a Team Player.
  • Must be legally in the US and able to pass a US government background check
  • Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation for travel as far as 75 miles from the office
  • Must be able to work from our Garner office
  • Must be able to work a full-time 40-hour work week (We're open to part-time for an otherwise exceptional fit.)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for interactions with team members and customers
  • Ability & willingness to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a calm demeanor and maintaining a “win/win” attitude
