Description
WingSwept is currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager to develop and assist our inside sales representatives towards achieving team goals. This is a nontechnical sales management role for our digital marketing services, in which WingSwept does business as Repair Shop Websites (RSW). We build and manage personalized websites for independent automotive repair shops all across the U.S. and provide other digital marketing support (SEO, social media management, etc.) as part of a monthly service agreement. The goal of our service is to help small business owners in the auto repair industry improve their online reputation and generate more revenue by increasing their customer base. 

Responsibilities

  • Teach the features and benefits for all products and services sold in the division
  • Orient new hires with our culture and walk them through our training process
  • Meet daily or weekly with your supervisor for recurring training
  • Help define and improve the sales pitch and strategy for the division
  • When appropriate, assist the CSR/Account Managers in retaining customers who request a cancellation within the first two quarters of service (only applies to customers sold by your team)
  • Meet with each of your direct reports at least once per week for coaching
  • Seek out additional monthly training opportunities to include books, e-learnings, seminars, etc. (must be approved by your supervisor)
  • Maintain a professional attitude in dealing with customers, prospects, and staff members
  • Assist team members in closing opportunities as needed
  • Periodically audit calls for each of your team members for the purpose of quality assurance and additional training
  • Comply with company policy for safeguarding customer and corporate proprietary information
  • Will periodically be required to sell alongside your direct reports for the purpose of both initial and ongoing training
  • Monitor and manage to activities and pipelines within Salesforce daily

Minimum requirements

  • Ability to provide leadership and mentorship to others and lead by example
  • Must have 2+ years of sales experience
  • Experienced in Salesforce or applicable CRM
  • Some experience with learning management systems and training course content creation preferred
  • Experience managing remote teams or individuals preferred
  • Must be able to work a consistent full-time 40-hour work week
  • Must be comfortable presenting feature benefits to prospects and clients over the phone
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must present a professional and dignified image to prospects, partners, and customers
  • Must demonstrate a friendly nature and essential people skills
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
