Description
WingSwept is looking for a part-time, entry-level customer service professional to help support our web development service customers. This is a great opportunity to apply and develop basic web and customer support skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The main responsibility of this position is new customer onboarding, including building websites according to customer specifications using our internal web development platform. You do not need to know how to code to qualify for this job. We're looking for a hard worker who is eager and quick to learn and is great with people and comfortable using computers, typing, and learning new software programs. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and a creative disposition. All candidates must be available to work a set schedule of 15-25 hours per week within the hours of Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.
