Key Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and guiding prospects through the sales cycle. You will connect with small business owners nationwide, uncover their digital marketing challenges, and recommend solutions that align with their goals.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong sense of ownership and is eager to grow.

You Will:

  • Identify and target small businesses that would benefit from our digital marketing services
  • Conduct cold outreach via phone to brick-and-mortar locations
  • Engage business owners in consultative conversations to understand their needs
  • Present personalized digital marketing solutions to help them grow their business
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff to account management

Minimum Qualifications

All WingSwept team members are expected to embody our core values:

  • 6+ months of outbound sales or business development experience (required for consideration)
  • Highly motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented
  • Strong communication skills with a people‑first mindset
  • A genuine desire to build a meaningful sales career
  • An interest in helping small businesses grow through effective digital marketing
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in our Garner, NC office
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to the team
