WingSwept is an award-winning employer and service provider, and we're currently seeking to add an account manager (aka Client Engagement Associate) to support our digital marketing service customers. For these services, WingSwept does business as Repair Shop Websites. We build and manage personalized websites for independent automotive repair shops all across the U.S. and provide other digital marketing support (SEO, social media management, etc.) as part of a monthly service agreement.
Our Client Engagement Associate is responsible for proactively managing relationships with our Repair Shop Websites customers through regular outreach. This team member will collaborate with the customer support team in pursuing customer happiness and addressing the challenges and concerns that customers face. They will provide our customers with relevant content, generated by our marketing team or other sources, and recommend actions that will help these small business owners in the auto repair industry improve their online reputation and more effectively reach their target customer base. This person will also support billing efforts and make upgrade and cross-sell recommendations and sales as befits the needs of our customers.
