WingSwept is an award-winning, employee-owned technology service provider seeking to add a full-time Business Development Representative to our growing team. This is a full cycle inside sales role that will work with prospects from the initial outreach to close, handing off to an account management team once onboard. WingSwept delivers comprehensive technology and digital marketing solutions to businesses across various industries and locations. In our digital marketing division, we help small businesses across the U.S. enhance their online presence and attract more customers through web design, SEO, and social media management.
As a Business Development Representative you will play a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will engage with business owners across the United States and explore the challenges and opportunities they face in relation to digital marketing. You will identify target accounts, build relationships, and guide prospective clients toward solutions that align with their needs. By initiating conversations and closing sales, you will drive business growth by connecting companies with the right services to support their success.

- Strong communication skills and people skills
- Ability to work from our office in Garner, NC
- 6+ months of outbound sales experience
