Job summary: WingSwept’s Vertical Markets division has an immediate opening for a Telesales Professional whose outgoing personality and can-do attitude may compensate for lack of experience. The job requires making a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day. It is a full-time base plus commission position with benefits to include competitive bonuses, paid time off, health insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions and a flexible work schedule.

Job summary: WingSwept’s Vertical Markets division has an immediate opening for a Telesales Professional whose outgoing personality and can-do attitude may compensate for lack of experience. The job requires making a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day. The responsibilities of the position will include:
- Learn the features and benefits for all products and services sold in the division
- Complete initial training program and attend weekly sales meetings for recurring training
- Maintain a professional attitude in dealing with customers, prospects, and staff members
- Clearly and accurately explain features and benefits to prospects in non-technical terms
- Maintain accurate notes in our CRM system and update records as required and instructed
- Meet a minimum amount of calls a day to provide leads and meet a monthly sales quota as set by management based on past performance of other reps
- Work as part of a team of dedicated sales reps to cross-train and achieve team sales goals
- Comply with company policy for safeguarding customer and corporate proprietary information
- Attend industry events
- While previous sales experience is helpful, it is not a requirement
- Must be willing to make 60 outbound sales calls per day
- Must be able to work a consistent full-time 35 hour work week
- Must have excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
- Must be teachable and have a desire to continuously improve
- Must be pleasantly persuasive (hard-core “pushy” salespeople need not apply)
- Experience with CRM software is helpful, but not a requirement
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
