Job summary:  WingSwept has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Supervisor who will be responsible for training and coaching to deliver the best customer service possible. This position will be in our Application Development Division supervising Customer Service Representatives who serve our Repair Shop Websites customers.  The position will be responsible for monitoring all areas of customer interaction and will be responsible for the primary interface between the customer and the company. This position is for full-time employment. This job is located in Garner, NC and offers competitive salary and benefits.

Main Requirements:
  • Must have previous Customer Service Supervisor experience in a call center environment
  • Must have knowledge of website development and promotion to include HTML, Graphics, and SEO
  • Must have a strong affinity for organization and the ability to multi-task
  • Must show leadership skills in a past position
Other Requirements:
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines at one time.
  • An eye for detail and a creative disposition.
  • Must be able to handle customers who are upset about particular situations and policies.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to follow disciplined processes, excellent typing skills, a working knowledge of HTML, Excel, MS Word and web browsing in Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. SEO and SEM knowledge required.
  • Must know Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, and other basic Windows programs.
  • Degreed individual with previous CSR experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work a consistent schedule during normal business hours.
  • Must have reliable transportation available during working hours.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Compensation
Compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the candidate.  Salary histories and references are required.  Benefits include health insurance and 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, paid company holidays, and paid time off.
