Position Title:  Marketing Director
 
WingSwept has an immediate opening for a self-motivated, creative individual who can lead our marketing efforts by generating leads for recurring revenue opportunities across all corporate divisions. This position will require the ability to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet our organizational objectives.  The successful person in this role will also be capable of independently representing the company in face to face meetings with prospective partners and is willing to travel as much as 25% of the time (within the US).

The right individual is driven and enterprising and has been part of or led a marketing team previously.  While experience may vary depending on your personal qualifications, this is NOT an entry level position.  We’re looking for someone who’s tried things that have worked and learned the lessons from those things which haven’t!   We also expect you to lead, coach and mentor a small marketing staff of three (marketing coordinator, market research analyst & graphic design) and treat them well.  If you have a passion for systematic marketing and getting results we would love to talk with you more about WingSwept.
