Does this sound like a team you’d like to be a part of? If so, we have an immediate opening for a Business Development Representative for our web development/marketing services. Within this division, WingSwept does business as ProPainter Websites. We build personalized websites for independent commercial and residential painting companies all across the U.S. and maintain SEO (search engine optimization) for each site as part of a monthly service agreement. The goal of our service is to help small business owners in the painting industry generate more revenue by increasing their customer base. The position will be responsible for generating new leads and developing new accounts within a new market. You will own the whole process from cold call to close. If you love sales and love helping small businesses succeed, it’s hard to imagine a better place to launch (or relaunch) your sales career! Inside sales, marketing, and territory management experience is required. We provide full training, so as long as you are humble (coachable), honest, intelligent, and hardworking, we can help you succeed and grow.

Minimum requirements:

  • Must have strong entrepreneurial spirit and experience taking on new endeavors
  • Inside sales/business development experience required
  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Optimistic attitude that contributes both to WingSwept's success and to its great work atmosphere
  • Strong work ethic which is reinforced by challenges
  • Ability to quickly learn, implement, and train others on business development and sales strategies
  • Passion for seeking and providing solutions to business prospects over the phone
  • Must value integrity, respect, and trust in others
  • Must present a professional and dignified image to prospects, partners, and customers
  • Ability to work a consistent full-time 40-hour work week (8:30AM-5:30PM M-F)
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in Spanish preferred, but not required
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
