We expect to hire another Account Manager for our Network Support Division within the next few months and are taking resumes in advance. This individual will provide strategic knowledge and support to WingSwept’s clients while acting as a liaison between the clients and our technical staff. The ideal candidate for this position will have a friendly and professional demeanor, an affinity for computers, a broad knowledge of various computer systems, and excellent customer service and communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have a thirst for knowledge and the desire and ability to tackle new challenges and apply an ever-increasing base of technological knowledge toward the support of our customers’ ever-changing technology needs. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits to include bonuses, paid time off, health/life/AD&D/disability insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions, and flexible work schedule. 

Minimum requirements:

  • Each WingSwept employee is expected to adhere to our core values of Trust, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, and Teamwork in all their interactions. 
  • High school diploma, at least two years of secondary education preferred
  • Must be able to work a full-time 40-hour workweek, which may include after-hours functions
  • Firm understanding of the configuration of basic networking components and peripherals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interactions with customers on a daily basis
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly organized
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
