Job summary
WingSwept has an immediate opening for an Account Manager who will be responsible for proactively reaching out to our Repair Shop Website customers. This position will alert the customer support team of any concerns, and ensure that the customer is happy. This position is for full-time employment. This job is located in Garner, NC, and offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to talk to all of our customers.
  • Attend trade shows.
  • Work with marketing team to make sure customers get a quarterly email asking them to call to check in.
  • Listen to each customer to get an understanding of each individual shop’s needs (keep them from doing business with another provider)
  • Discuss feature enhancement ideas with development
  • Pass Customer concerns to customer support team.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate products or services based on needs.
  • Resolve customer requests or complaints over email or phone in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist to upgrade customer accounts.
  • Sell products and services.
  • Keep detailed notes and ensure information in CRM is up to date.
  • Collect market research.
  • Must have a consistent, upbeat, positive attitude interacting with customers and prospective customers.
  • Compile and present reports.
  • Investigate customer's problems and find solutions.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or letter.
Minimum requirements
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines at one time.
  • An eye for detail and a creative disposition.
  • Must be able to handle customers who are upset about particular situations and policies.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to follow disciplined processes, excellent typing skills
  • A working knowledge of HTML , Excel, MS Word and web browsing in Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. SEO and SEM knowledge a plus.
  • Must know Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, and other basic Windows programs.
  • Degreed individual with previous CSR experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work a consistent schedule during normal business hours.
  • Must have reliable transportation available during working hours.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
 
Compensation
Compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the candidate.  Salary histories and references are required.  Benefits include health insurance and 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, paid company holidays, and paid time off.
